Fortnite: How to Complete The Nindo 2022 Naruto Quests – Screen Rant

Fortnite has received another Naruto Shippuden crossover with the Nindo 2022 event. Here’s how to sign up and complete all four Nindo path challenges.
A new timed event in Fortnite has introduced another crossover with the hugely popular Naruto Shippuden anime series, with challenges for Fortnite players to complete in order to earn an exclusive wrap, glider, and Naruto-themed emoticons. The Nindo 2022 event is running in-game from today through to July 7th and features four “path” challenges for Fortnite players to follow, each named after a character from the hit anime series. While this isn’t the first time Epic Games has introduced a crossover between Fortnite and Naruto Shippuden, there’s still plenty here to encourage players to participate in the event, with new Naruto-themed cosmetics for anime fans and bumper amounts of XP for Fortnite players who aren’t necessarily partial to anime.
Nindo 2022 offers four different paths for players to follow: the Path of Itachi, Path of Gaara, Path of Hinata, and Path of Orochimaru. Players progressing along each path will unlock badges, which can award event cosmetics. Unlocking one badge in each path rewards the player with an exclusive cosmetic emoticon based on that path’s character, while unlocking five badges in any path rewards the player with 20,000 XP, useful for players grinding away for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3’s Battle Pass content.

Players who complete one of the four paths will earn the special Akatsuki cosmetic wrap which can be applied as a skin to player equipment, including looted guns and vehicles. Truly dedicated players who manage to earn all 40 badges and complete all four paths will receive the Manda Glider. However, there are a few things players need to know before jumping in.
The first thing players need to do is sign up for the Nindo 2022 event on The Nindo website. Fortnite’s crossovers tend to vary quite a bit in scale, from the massive Star Wars event held to promote Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, to a smaller-scale crossover between Fortnite and Among Us. However, Nindo 2022 seems a little strange, as it seems like players actually have to opt-in to receive the Nindo 2022 Path challenges. Luckily, all players have to do is log in using their Epic accounts and they can track their progress on the website. The four paths are:
Players don’t have to do anything particularly unusual such as boosting into runaway boulders using Fortnite’s Ballers, but most of the Nindo 2022 challenges will take time and effort even for seasoned Fortnite players. Surviving Storm Circles and getting eliminations is standard gameplay for Fortnite, although more combat-focused players might like to choose crowded landing spots to get early eliminations and the chance to get high-quality equipment to aid survival in later Storm Circles. Finishing several times in the top six for Squad matches can be a little tricky. Players can either land somewhere quiet and wait for the player count to drop as squads in crowded locations wipe each other out, or take their chances at crowded landing spots for a potentially strong start.
What players choose to do is down to personal preference, and Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3’s best landing spots often cater to one playstyle or the other. Fishing requires players to find a fishing rod and most bodies of water on the Fortnite island have spots for players to fish. However, for the Path of Hinata, it may be best to choose a quieter fishing spot away from all the action. Regardless, playing with friends for better communication and team play will offer a big boost to progress, and players should keep in mind that they can also progress on more than one path at once as long as they’re playing the right modes.
