High on top of a hill, just minutes away from Seremban  town in Negeri Sembilan is Matrix Concepts’ Ara Sendayan. The hilltop enclave, which sits 100m above sea level, offers a collection of contemporary residences that overlook lush landscaped surroundings.
Located within Matrix Concepts’ flagship township, Bandar Sri Sendayan, this collection of residences gives residents the best of quality hilltop living.

Buying a home at Ara Sendayan is a more rewarding alternative to purchasing a shoebox apartment in Kuala Lumpur at the same price, not just in the monetary sense but also in having a fulfilling lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 
“We are committed to crafting a self-sustaining township, one that is designed to ensure residents need not leave the safety of home grounds for any necessities even during the pandemic,” says Lim. 
Ara Sendayan’s residents do not need to travel far for daily essentials and entertainment. Options are aplenty in the neighbourhood, with Sendayan Merchant Square a stroll away and three major department stores a 10-minute drive away. Families with school-going children will not have to worry about finding a good school as there are several reputable learning institutions nearby that cater for preschoolers right up to college students. 
Amenities in the vicinity include Matrix Global Schools, SJK (C) Bandar Sri Sendayan, SJK (T) Bandar Sri Sendayan, SMK Bandar Baru Sri Sendayan, AEON, Tesco Extra, NSK Trade City, Palm Mall, Mydin Hypermarket, Columbia Asia Hospital, KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital, INTI International University and Nilai University. 
Residents do not need to wander far from their houses to enjoy recreational activities as each precinct has its own facilities. Ara Sendayan is conveniently accessible via the North-South Expressway (PLUS), Seremban-Port Dickson Highway and the KLIA Linkage. The proposed Paroi-Sen-awang-KLIA Expressway will also enhance its connectivity.
The final collection is Damaris @ Ara Sendayan, offering 244 freehold double-storey link homes that will be launched in two phases. Carefully crafted, Damaris offers a holistic hilltop lifestyle of comfort and exclusivity. 
There are two practical layouts —Type A and Type B. Damaris is designed for upgraders, multigenerational families and newlyweds. The developer is targeting those between 30 and 50 years old living in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor and with a household income of more than RM8,000. 
Now is the perfect time to take advantage of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), which offers attractive discounts, sales packages and stamp duty waiver, says Lim. The removal of the 70% loan cap for third property loans of more than RM600,000 and the record low overnight policy rate of 1.75% will also aid homebuyers. 
To make it easier for people to own a home in Ara Sendayan, Matrix Concepts is offering a low booking fee of only RM1,000. On top of that, buyers will be given a complimentary club membership for eight terms (years).
