Girlfriends in GTA San Andreas give you six possible characters for CJ to date.
Found both in the course of story missions and when exploring the world, you can take them on dates, develop your relationship and earn rewards in the process – provided you know their respective likes and dislikes, of course.

In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, there are six possible girlfriends for CJ to date, with two of them becoming girlfriends through the storyline. By taking them on dates which suit their preferences, you can unlock a variety of rewards – including vehicles, outfits, and benefits such as getting out of hospital for free, or keeping your equipment when busted.
While Denise Robinson is unlocked fairly early as a girlfriend during the 24th story quest “Burning Desire”, Millie Perkins will take significantly more time, since she’s unlocked during the 84th story quest, “Key To Her Heart”.
The other girlfriends can be found during gameplay rather than being attached to missions, with Michelle Cannes, Katie Zhan, and Helena Wankstein becoming available to date once Flint County, Whetstone, and San Fierro are unlocked, and Barbara Schternvart becoming available once Tierra Robada, Bone County, and Las Venturas are unlocked.
Each girlfriend needs to be first unlocked. With the exception of Denise and Millie, which you meet during quests, the rest can be found in specific places.
Once you’re dating them, however, they will be in their own homes, following their independent schedules, which you must keep in mind if you want to take them on a date.
One common issue is Millie going missing or is never home.
Millie is a key character to a series of quests involving the Four Dragons Casino. This will require you to date her numerous times in order to get a keycard from her. However, some players may notice that she may be missing from her home. This can happen due to a number of variants:
It’s worth noting, you could also kill her on the first date. While this is effective for the questline, you will lose her as a girlfriend, so it’s highly recommended to avoid this method entirely.
You can take your girlfriends into three different kinds of dates, which can be Food dates, Dance dates, or Driving dates. Each one has their own different tastes both in terms of activities, as well as CJ’s physical appearance or fitness stats.
After several successful dates, Carl may be invited to the girlfriend’s house for “coffee”.
Achieving a 35%-50% in the relationship status will enable CJ to use the girlfriend’s car, and once the relationship status reaches 100%, CJ will receive special clothing from that girlfriend. Some of the girlfriends also offer additional benefits.
